Join us for this one day Enneagram retreat in Rochester, MN! This is a great way to jump in if you are new to the Enneagram. If you already know the Enneagram, this retreat offers a refreshing perspective!
Using the Enneagram as a guide, we will look at nine beautiful ways we are created in God’s image. These are referred to as the essential qualities or the essence of each of the nine Enneagram types. Being human means we lose touch with our essential qualities. We all yearn to reconnect and remember our true nature. We will explore insights from the Enneagram about how we can recognize and let go of our false nature as we become more present to ourselves, others, and God. We will learn spiritual practices that are especially helpful for each Enneagram type.
Our time includes presentation, individual reflection, exercises with the group, music and poetry!
